Boston and Maine Hat Trip

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008

Keeping you warm with a smileWell for everyone that is following the Custom Fleece Hat Saga the Boston & Maine chapter is complete and was a great success. We got to meet a ton of cool people and many of which seen me with my hat on and asked where we got it! We sold a few here and there and I would especially like to thank Maridith and Beth for there support and crazy enthusiasm in the Detroit Metro Airport. We are making headway in the northern Michigan market as well as I think that Boyne Mountain will be looking at the hats to go in there stores. I have my fingers crossed and hope that my fellow consumers will see the same value and uniqueness in our Made in the USA products and push us over the edge and help start a movement.

It was cold but as you can see the Snowman Hat kept me nice and toasty!

Chicago was a hit now it is on to Boston!

Made in the USAOur trip to Chicago went really well I think. I walked around the city with the Snowman Hat on and I had more people than I could count, comment on how cool the hats were and I handed out as many business cards.    The Snowman Hat makes an appearance at the Navy Pier, Chicago

Left: Is me taking in Lake Michigan at the end of Navy Pier it was chilly that day so I am sure glad that I had a hat!

I met a ton of really cool people in Chicago and one of the coolest was a Hugh, he really like my hat and so much so he wanted to get his photo taken with me. Thanks Hugh for the picture and I hope you enjoy your hat!
